Please do not send sensitive medical records through unencrypted email.

6. How We Share Information

Enquiry and contact records are kept for up to 24 months. Active and former client records are retained for up to 7 years after your last session, as required for business and legal purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.

11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
